Jacki Piper - A Right Carry On

Carry On legend and all round lovely person Jacki Piper will be appearing at the Museum of Comedy later this year. Jacki, who starred in four classic Carry On films, will be interviewed about her career on 28 November.

Jacki Piper is a real fan favourite - she famously played June in Up The Jungle, Sally Martin in Loving, Myrtle Plummer in At Your Convenience and finally, Sister in Carry On Matron. Jacki also appeared alongside Roger Moore in The Man Who Haunted Himself and had a brief cameo in the last Doctor film, with Leslie Phillips in 1970.

On the small screen, Jacki has worked with many of the great comedians including The Two Ronnies, Dick Emery and opposite Leonard Rossiter in The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin. An experienced stage farceur, Jacki has made countless appearances at theatres both in the West End and around the country.

Jacki frequently appears at fan events, commemorations and in documentaries talking about her association in the Carry On films. It's great she's so proud of being a part of the series.

Jacki Piper - A Right Carry On, is on at the Museum of Comedy in London, from 7pm on Saturday 28 November. As well as discussing her acting career and those she has worked with, there will be an opportunity to meet Jacki after the show.

I will definitely be hoping to attend this event!
