Amanda and John play a rather eccentric retired couple running a tea shop in the idyllic English countryside. However, according to the write up of the film, all is not what it seems!
"The film was shot in 3 days in the West Mill Tea Room in the idyllic Hertfordshire village of West Mill.
‘Tea For Two’ is a throwback to classic British
comedy with a modern twist.
The story centres on the eccentric Jim &
Alice, a long-retired couple running a seemingly quiet village tea shop.
When the empty shop finally gets some
customers, the couple’s peculiar behaviour ensures it’s more than a pot of
tea and slice of cake being served. "
It all sounds very intriguing! The film has been written and directed by Mark Brennan and is a joint venture between Pork Chop Pictures and Mini Productions. You can view a trailer at the 'Tea For Two' website .
